Our Matterport 3D virtual tours are priced based on square footage. Real estate tours start at $250 for properties up to 1,200 sq ft. For all other industries — designers, builders, commercial and more — tours start at $500 for spaces up to 1,200 sq ft. Visit our booking system to see full pricing.
We scan your space using Matterport’s 3D camera system, which captures the entire property in 360°. The tour is delivered as a link that can be shared on any device and embedded into your own website. The result is an interactive virtual tour where viewers can walk through the space, look around, and explore every room.
A 3D virtual tour uses 360° still images to create an interactive walkthrough — you move through the space at your own pace, room by room. A 360° video captures live action in motion — the viewer is guided through a cinematic experience and can look around in every direction, but the path and pacing are controlled. 3D tours are ideal for showcasing static spaces, while 360° video is designed to capture experiences and activity.
Most properties take 1 to 3 hours, while larger properties may require a half day to a full day.
3D virtual tours are typically available within 24 to 48 hours after the shoot.
Hosting is included in the price for up to one year or until the property is sold. Annual renewal is available after the first year.
Yes. We provide an embed code that your web developer can use to add the tour directly to your website.
